- DUTIES & TAXES
All applicable customs duties and import taxes are covered by us. You won’t be charged any additional customs fees upon delivery.
- DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the items and packaging. We’ll review the issue and work with you to find an appropriate solution.
- CUSTOM ORDERS
Due to the personalized nature of our products, customized items cannot be returned or exchanged due to a change of mind or errors in customer-provided information.
Please carefully review your design proof before approval, as approved designs will be sent to production. If you notice any issues with your order, please contact us.
- TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after the package has been handed over to the carrier.
