PROCESSING TIME

Each order is made to order and personalized specifically for you.

Our standard production time is approximately 5-8 business days after all personalization details and design approval have been confirmed.

Larger or more complex orders may require additional processing time. If there is any significant delay, we will contact you with an update.

 

SHIPPING TIME

After your order has been produced, shipping usually takes approximately 5–10 business days, depending on the destination and shipping method.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

 

TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.

Please allow some time for tracking information to update after the package has been handed over to the carrier.

 

CUSTOMS & IMPORT FEES

All applicable customs duties and import taxes are covered by us. You will not be charged additional customs fees upon delivery.

 

SHIPPING DELAYS

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal carriers, weather, strikes, or other circumstances outside our control.
