6. We Make Your Order
Once you approve the design, we'll begin production. Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks to receive your order.

• Processing Time
  Orders are typically processed within 5–8 business days after the design is approved.

• Shipping
  We offer worldwide shipping. Shipping typically takes 5-10 business days, depending on your destination. Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks from order to delivery.

• Duties & Taxes
  All applicable customs duties and import taxes are covered by us. You will not be charged additional customs fees upon delivery.

• Damaged or Incorrect Items
  We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with the items received, please contact us with photos of the items and packaging. We’ll review the issue and work with you on an appropriate solution.

• Custom Orders
  Customized orders cannot be returned or exchanged due to changes of mind or customer-provided errors. Please carefully review your design proof before approval, as approved designs will be sent to production.
